Correct engine startup sequence
I am working on a Sepecat Jaguar cockpit for a project at work (RAF), and i`m trying to simulate the correct startup sequence for the adour 104 engine in fs2004.
Start is selected and the engine winds up to 20% N1
Fuel is added and the startup sequence continues to 52% N1
When the engine is throttled up to >80% N1 the EGT will fall slightly
The throttle is then returned to idle and the engine settles at 57%
This is a tricky one, the reason for the engine throttle up is to close the bleed valve which helps in the start sequence.
Thanks in advance
Chris
