MIP to Overhead dimensions
Now that I have the MIP installed into its little cubbyhole, I find that I think the overhead is about four or five inches too far forward. From the normal flying position I have to lean forward to get at the landing light switches and I can't even reach the engine start panel without standing up. My fingers are about 2" from the #1 switch.
Can someone tell me where the forward edge of the overhead is supposed to align over the glareshield on the MIP?
Also, how far up does the overhead ride above the top of the glareshield? I think I've got this part right (by accident), but I'd like to check to be sure.
And finally, what is the exact angle the overhead is mounted to the aircraft structure?Boeing Skunk Works
