Network displays pausing
I'm running a 1394 fireware network using TCP IP and (4) networked Project Magenta PC... and just switched to FS-X from 2004.
I'm getting occasional pauses in the network stream from 1 to 3 seconds... causing all PM displays to freeze (outside view is fine). For some reason I always get a 1-2 second pause when raising or lowering flaps (no problem with other events like Gear or call-outs). I've tried adjusting frame rate locks and all non-essential Windows XP services are shut down. Any ideas anybody?
System is Intel Duo Core Intel G-Force 7900 w/256MB and 2MB Memory.

Have you tried switching from Firewire to Twisted pair?
