Would certainly be usable for flaps, throttles, airbrakes, etc. that use FS keystrokes.

I'm using one myself for the overhead.
It's hooked up to the No Smoking/Fasten seat belt panel, all exterior lighting, pitot heat, yaw dampers, engine start valves, and alternate flaps.
Works pretty well, but if used in matrix mode you might need diodes if you can't get the separation between keystokes.
It's also used for the Sperry 150 Autopilot for pitch control, altitude hold, heading select, and aileron & elevator hold. For the Sperry, I used diodes.Boeing Skunk Works
Remember...140, 250, and REALLY FAST!
