Airbus will be present at this year’s ILA 2004 Berlin Airshow (10 to 16 May) showcasing two of the latest aircraft, the 107-seat A318 and the 380-seat A340-600. Both Airbus aircraft will participate in the daily flying displays in the afternoon and can be seen on static display for the rest of the time throughout the show. On public days, Airbus will also display the A300-600ST Super Transporter, the biggest transport aircraft in terms of volume, which is used to carry Airbus aircraft sections around Europe.

Airbus will also be present on the EADS stand, which will feature a 1/20 th model of the Airbus A380 and a cabin mock-up of the preferred Airbus A320 Family showing a new seat concept that folds up like a theatre seat when not in use. Visitors can also see 1/100 th models of the complete Airbus aircraft family and find out about Airbus activities in Germany. A plasma screen will display the different Airbus aircraft families in flight. Airbus has a chalet (no6) to welcome its guests.

On Tuesday 11 th May, at 12h00, Airbus will hold a press conference in the ILA Press Centre, Hall 4, Press Conference Room A.
