If you are using FSX, you need to add this line in your Aircraft.cfg
number_of_tank_selectors = 2
Not sure if this will fix your center tank issue but it will fix fuel coming out of left tank only.

Maurice,
I am using FS9 and it fixes the issu of taking the fuel just from the left tank, but it do not fix the issu of not working crossfeed. On an imbalance situation with the crossfeed opened the fuel does not tranfer from full to almost empty...
Anyway thanks for your info... Half problem fix...
