Where are the Discretes?
In 4.0.1 and 4.1.1 I can not set discrete values for the AUTO BRAKE SWITCH. Any idea on how to do this? 3.0.2 had a discrete button but that version doesn't have the PUSH TO RESET capability that 4.1.1 does. Looks like one step forward and 3 steps back....bummer

Again, I have fixed my own problem somehow, not sure how though. I was messing around inside the cards ini file and for some reason I now have the capability to set the discretes under the calibrate button. Isn't Friday the 13th next week?

Lyle,
The assignment of discretes are on the calibration form.
Assign Auto Brake and press Calibrate button.
I checked FS2PhUIPC401.ini and CDU_MSG is not these.
Inadvertantly added an older file to zip. In the interm you can always add CDU_MSG
by using FS variable Editor (fsVariable.exe)
Offset is 052C,
Length is 1,
FS Varable Type is Part of Bitmap
and Bit Mapping is 1.

Alan.

Excellent, thanks for the reply and information. My CALIBRATE button would not light up so I had to go into the ini file and make it non-digital so it would work. Also I noticed the offset for the nose gear is incorrect in the 401 ini. It should be 0BEC.
One more thing, were do I get FS variable Editor (fsVariable.exe)?
Thanks again for all the help,
Lyle

Lyle,
Thanks for heads up on nose gear.
In next release the Discretes button will be on initial screen.
Relocated by popular demand.

Alan.
