Fuel tank switching...don't want to reinvent the wheel
HI all.
Has anyone already addressed how to create somewhat realistic fuel tank controls using FS2Phidget? I really do not want to spend hours and hours "reinventing the wheel" if someone has "been there, done that" and is willing to share some tips.
I am modeling the BAe 146-200 fuel system somewhat....although I realize that it is likely that I can't duplicate it exactly. To do that I need the ability to do stuff like auto transfer (electric pump) from the center tank to the wing tanks, and to set cross feeds from left / right wing to the other wing, to set which tank(s) are being drawn from, and ALSO to do "common feed" on each wing so that a pair of engines share a single tank on that wing.
SO any thoughts on this subject would be welcome.... and thanks in advance.
best,
.....john
