If you are talking about the OC start knob set, then I think you will find that it's done by a timer set in the Variables script within SIOC.
I bought the same set, and I've installed them in my overhead, but I don't have it hooked up to my cockpit yet, so I haven't looked into the coding of it yet.
I am pretty sure that you can download the info on getting it to work, straight off the OC site.
