    Colour code for MIP

    Hi !

    About to paint (powder coat)my MIP and want to go for a gray color.
    My try to get Cessna to reveal the color coder for there gray used in Cessna Skyhawk/Skylines
    did not work..
    Not even an answer,,
    Does any one else got a clue or know where to ask ?

    I would just go with the colour in which you think is the closest. From previous experience, I found that light grey car primer seems to be a very good match. But if you are doing a pro job or getting someone to do the powder coating for you. I would just take a sample of a close match and get it as close as you can. I really wouldn't worry too much getting it 'spot on' not even simkits have the 'exact' colour. However, try emailing simkits and they may put you in the right direction.
