Hello,

I'm doing an A320 cockpit.

On 05th oct : I ordered a package with the 5 A320 front panels.
On 25th oct : I received the order and 2 panels are missing
On 28th oct : Mr ROEHR from cockpitsonic said me that he will shipp me missing parts asap
On 11st nov : Any news, i tryed to contact again Mr ROEHR with any answer
On 22nd nov : 2nd request. Any ansewer
On 24th nov : Mail from Mr ROEHR "All is ok parts are finished and will ship next week"
On 08th dec : Again a mail : Any answer
From today : i've never reveided the 2 missing parts.

Has somebody ordered recently to cockpitsonic ? Do you have received your order ?

Hello,

I had a similar experience with them last year, not with missing parts but with several scratched parts.
I wrote many mails and got exactly the same answers and promesses as you wrote.
Finally after about 20 exchanged mails and about 3 months later, I received the parts.

I hope the same "happy end" for you, be patient and insist.
But their products are really excellent and I ordered with them many times and except this "bug" all is ok.

Great products BUT awful service.... I have their DST. Good quality... Received it 3 months later than expected.
