This is indeed a good project incorporating some decent woodwork and metal work skills. I particularly like the convex shaped outer cockpit shell.

Only one (good) projector it appears.

No, no side views (yet...). Only one projector. The image is 3m wide and 1.6-1.7m from the captain's eyes, so the view angle is pretty good.

I think this is a super setup
I checked the price for you projector. Here in Denmark it is 2.700 Euro so a little
to much for my WAF I think.
I have changed to x-plane and use a 22" touchscreen with full screen custom panel and behind that
for the outside view my 27" iMac does the work.
Controls are Saitek yoke, throttle, switch box and multi panel.
