Re: Revolution TQ arrived
Its the low cost motorized version, but I added backlighting and the pro trim wheels to it.
Very nice quality, good fit and finish!

Nice! That means mine can't be too far behind... just returned home from a last minute business trip and was hoping mine would be sitting here waiting for me...
Congrats!

Re: Revolution TQ arrived
Ohhh, not another one of those... I've about had enough of UPS. I've stopped using them because of their suspect tendency to charge above and beyond. What earthly reason would they have to tax me for an item that I have already paid for? They're a bunch of crooks. Unfortunatley this order was put in long before they shafted me with a different brokerage fee.
I really should have just flown through Paris last week instead of Munich and picked the damn thing up myself. I would have saved a ton (plus $58.19).
Oh well, such is the hobby

Re: Revolution TQ arrived
Well I spent some time online with the folks at revolution real early Sunday morning (1am). Oral logged on my PC and got the throttle all programmed up for me. A little more adjustment to go, but I'm really liking this thing. Well worth the wait and the money!!
Now I need to figure out what glass software I'm going to use with it. Leaning towards Flight Deck Software vs the others (SA and PM) ant this point. Need to find a MIP too!

Re: Revolution TQ arrived
Hehe... starting the cockpitbuild with the TQ. Great!!
I should be getting mine from Paris this week as well, but this should one of the last big cockpitinvestments in my setup, not the fist
Well... just ordered 2 IPECO seats so it's not completely true.
Anyway I use the Flightdecksoftware in my setup and advice you to take a look in our forum to see and ask if you think the software will do the trick for you. It's still in development, but is fully flyable by now. Me and my fellows over at www.flightdecksoftware.com will help you in any way we can to make you able to make up your mind about the software.
