My 737 update
I just wanted to post some pics of the recent progress I have done. I have build a wooden base in a modular form (pics 1 and 2), floored it with heavy duty wood (OSB) (pic 3) and aluminium plates, 0.8mm thick (pic4). Then I positioned my earlier interior parts (MIP, side wall, circuit breaker panels etc. and now I am starting with the window posts. These will be at least partly covered with aluminium as well. When I found out that aluminium sheets can be cut and bent quite easily (at least at 0.8mm thickness), I made up my mind to cover the wooden shell skeleton with aluminium too. I will post more pics of this in the future. I guess it will turn out to look quite realistic.
Next week, several additions will follow: the pedestal, OVHD, aftOVHD, dual-linked yokes and throttle unit (all by Cockpitsonic, with some special modifications).
There are more pics added in the photo section - Boeing.
Cheers Chris

Looks great! That aluminum really sets it off. Don't forget the rivets in the floor for that really realistic look.

Love it! The al. is a great touch.
Also the circuit breaker panels. All these little 'beoing 737 updates' are coming in thick and fast now. Maybe i set off a reminder for some to see some pics and progress.
Great stuff, i'll look forward to more updates!

Now this project is coming together nicely. Really jealous of your circuit breaker panel walls. Looking great. Have also been thinking about using aluminium or stainless steel as flooring. This show clearly that it has potential. This project is one to watch for sure
Looking forward to more pictures. Good job
