Hahaha! Scott and others made these by the thousands for Boeing, McDonnell, and Lockheed. There are a few variations and some of the regulator connections differ depending upon who made the regulator panel, but they are not rare by any means.
$40 to $70 is about the going rate depending upon who you get it from. I'd never pay more than that for even a new one in original packaging.Boeing Skunk Works
