    saitek X36F BU0836

Hi Im a newbie here. I am just wondereing can I recycle a saitek x36 throttle and stick combo, that lights up but somehow I just cant get working no matter what I try (xhotas,,etc etc). Is it just a matter of breaking it carefully open noting all the wiring and connecting these to a BUO836 and voila,
or am I missing something? (the combo has both a usb and analogue connectors.Seems a pity to junk it.

    Theoreticly, yes it would work.
But you cannot use the saitek programming software with iyt of course.

Looking at the price for a x-36 and the cost for the card though...
    is it really worth it?

why not buy a used x-36 and have the broken one for spares.
