Finally got started on the overhead designing and building. It takes a lot of time to get all the measurements right, especially without having access to real parts. Here is the first cut.



Then out with the spray gun:

Then comes the nerve racking bit. Have we made a mistake !! Will the CNC cut right through the table !! It seems to take forever to get all that engraving done, but finally it seems to be all worth it.
