B I G! View Monitors
Hi.
I have been looking at 32 inch and 37 inch lcd monitors (actually TV's but so what?) The 37 inchers will span the cockpit width and allow for them to be placed the outer side of the glareshield which in most larger aircraft rises in the centre following the line of the window frames. It then looks as though the view is through the slanted shaped front windows and avoids the boxy rectangle look that monitors normally give - plus of course, you need only two monitors with the characteristic centre divide instead of the window bars produced by using a number of smaller monitors.
The view area of larger monitors is incredible and easily allows for the masking effect caused by the glareshield shape.
So far, Hyundai E320D LCD/TFT are looking good.
any comments,recommendations etc?

There is a serious issue when using 2 tv's. Talk to Bob and he will fill you in on the details. He has 2 plasma's.
