Throttle Clusters
Hi.
I have built a pair of throttles for my sim cockpit, but don't know how to incorporate the reverse thrust action? At the moment I simply press a button to actuate this, but it's not very realistic!
Anyone with some know how?

This was just discussed a little while ago do a search for this topic Im sure there is alot of info on this.
I think if i remeber correctly that most builders are using a switch that when the reversers are pulled upwards it activates the thrusters.

A lot have gone the separate reverser route using axis assignment in FSUIPC. To me it wasn't worth the extra engineering and my quadrant is short on room for the mechanicals.
Mine opens (closes) a leaf switch on #2 to engage them all.Boeing Skunk Works

I'm just finishing up a Convair 580 throttle quadrant that has seperate pots for the reversers.
Right now the power levers are assigned through Fs2004 and the reverser pots are assigned through FSUIPC.
Seems to work pretty good.
