For those havign issues with latest version:
What are your FPS ? try limiting to 30fps (using only the default FSX/P3D limiter, bot a third party tool).

Hi JL - flybywire seems to have gone crazy with the latest release. I am not sure if there is something wrong on my end. The aircraft is unable to follow the FD with AP1 or AP2 engaged, it pitches violently up and down and my V/S goes out of normal range, and so does my speed limits.

I have tried both ASN and OPUS weather with the same results.

I am open to any other suggestions -- right now can't fly the bird. Thank you.

I have this problem too.
I installed 38.6 plus autoupdate.
I was not able to fly

Fps limited to 30 in p3d... LOWW by FlyTampa or Venice X Aes, without JH loaded i have 30 fps , with JH loaded i have 50% of this fps (13-14-15) !!!

thank you for putting this up. It is the same behavior I noticed. I haven tried reinstalling FSUIPC with no resolution. At least we know it is not an isolated issue! Perhaps something wring with the aircraft.cfg file?

FPS is locked at 30 FPS within P3D

I have fps set unlimited. At kmco 60fps plus without asn. With asn 48-73 max. The issue that i noticed with the update to 38.6 is on approach the tcas throws a traffic warning with no traffic in sight. I had the same issue with the bird climbing and desending at crazy vs but i hit the ap to and fly manually a few thousand feet and she flys ok after that. I did a short test flight a few minutes ago from kmco to ktpa at FL090 and had no issues. The a/c did an ILS landing on runway 19 right but i got the tcas warning again with no aircraft in sight.

My FPS are locked to 30.
It is a departure route i've used many times before without any problems.


We have an Airbus that thinks it can climb like an F/A18 .

Yes, running on one computer.

I think the problem about low fps is related to this aspect... but the pitch problem i don't know ,do it may occours when there are too low fps ?

My server is setup with a core i7 4790k, 8gb of ram, gtx 780. Client pc is a core i5 4670k, 8gb of ram, gtx 660. The third pc is a normal laptop, nothing spectacular used for asn weather, va acars and and moving map.

Have 3 monitors connected to the gtx 780 (planning on getting the gtx 980 or titan). 3 monitors connected to the gtx 660 plus cdu 2 from vri. i only run only p3d on the server with fmgs server and vrisim. Client runs all gauges for captain side plus standby gauges and mcdu.
