Re: Norwegian 727-200 project
I heard that JustFlight came out with a DC8. I wonder if maybe they've improved since their crap Viscount, Tristar, Comet, Constellation, and DC6. It actually looks half decent this time. I wonder if the systems simulation is as good as they say it is.

http://m.youtube.com/watch?v=IgTkPZAri9M It's been too long since the last update! Haven't done much building lately, but the sim is frequently used. I recently bought the Kai Tak scenery from Flytampa, and here's a video of me flying the full IGS rwy 13 approach.
Cheers!Edit: I put the right link in. Don't know why it turned out wrong the first time??

Re: Norwegian 727-200 project
Nice. I can't wait to get back to work on mine.
Just out of curiosity, where do you source your gauge monitors from?
How do you ensure the best size and the right fit for your panel?

Re: Norwegian 727-200 project
The captain and FO instruments are on Samsung Syncmasters 21,3" with aspect ratio 4:3. I got these second hand off the net. The engine guages are on an old Samsung 19" in portrait mode. I've had this screen for ages. I found that 4:3 aspect ratio worked best behind my panels. These are hard to come by nowadays though, I have a second set of Syncmasters lying around incase the ones I use now should break down
Thanks for the Nice Words!

Here's one of several videos I've recorded lately.

Could you upload a video showing the F/E panel in action?

Re: Norwegian 727-200 project
I could, but it would be rubbish as the FE panel isn't up yet! :/
Hopefully I'll get it up and running this fall.

I'm doing my random stop in to check out to progress on your seven two... It is really coming along!! Congratulations on all the progress so far. I'll be watching as you begin the task of interfacing your S/O panel.. that is still something I need to tackle in my 727.
