Re: eyebrow trim
I didn't think that Boeing use eyebrows in their jets anymore because it removes 20lb of weight and also because there is an HUD system in many of the NG jets, I think that the eyebrows were mainly used for NDB and circling approaches, but because of the commonality of technology such as RNAV and GNSS systems the eyebrows become obsolete.....
Ian sissons could always measure you up a piece, or go to:

They sell them there if you have lots of cash, I wouldnt know how you would make them!
Good luck!

Re: eyebrow trim
Also....
There was a thread about this here:
http://www.mycockpit.org/forums/arch...p/t-13311.html
And this was Michael Carters attempt at building them:

Maybe this will help?

Re: eyebrow trim
Cheers Alex- your'e right, the later 737's dont have the actual eyebrow windows but there is still an eyebrow trim in the cockpit with the centre part blanked out. Im hoping to get some made out of fibreglass through someone I know.(i definitely dont have lots of cash!!)
cheers

Re: eyebrow trim
Steve
Be aware, though, that the NG style trims look slightly different from the classic 737 style trims. If you can come up with a good -and payable - solution, I would certianly be interested in them as well. Eyebrow trims are so extremely difficult to create by means of a simple mortal like me
Cheers
