    software problems FSX

HI,I have a serious problem with my FS, I fly the 737 default with aerosoft navigation, all is well for exactly 21 minutes and then part of the system seems to shut down,I can hear a click like a relay inside the computer but so far I have been unable to trace the fault,It seems like some of the USB will disconnect? When I use the goflight MCP it works perfect again for 21 min then ........click off and does not work any longer ,I have tried different USB connections but no luck either.....any hints or suggestions Many thanks

What are the computer specs? When you say "part of the system seems to shut down" what exactly shuts down? What do you do to get it back running? A click inside the computer is pretty unusual--there aren't many things that click inside a computer.

Hi,I have a high spec window 7 computer with the latest Nvidia game card ,it is defenatly a click at exactly the same time and the FSX runs perfect but some of the outputs i.e overhead panel VHF radio and NAV radios become inactive and the only way to get them restarted is to reset FSX and start over again.I have tried to suspend USB device failure and made the setting disabled but no change?

Some of the USB cards have relays in them to switch the panels. Are you sure the clicking you hear isn't the USB cards? I'm out of suggestions.

I don't know enough about your hardware to answer your question. I know it's frustrating; but eventually you'll find the solution. I'm near Raleigh, NC about 200 miles east of Marion. Marion's in the mountains and very nice town.
