    FSUIPC Offset Question

Does anyone know an offset for having the heading bug sync to the current heading? For example, in a real airplane with an auto pilot I can push the heading bug knob and the bug will sync up to the current heading. Is there an assignment or offset to make this happen?

    Thanks!

Did you already ask this in my Support Forum? I did answer there, so perhaps you can check?

Not all A/Ps operate the way you state -- in fact most airliners do not. However, for such aircraft there is an FS control which does exactly as you state, i.e. sets current heading AND enables heading hold.
