    CDUBuild 391

    Hi,
Did a short testflight (EBOS/EGLL) EBOS SASKI UL608 LOGAN EGLL (STAR LAM3A) with the most recent build CDU391.
The Stop command error is gone and even better news the problems when go direct to a fix further in the route is gone, aswell the implementation of a star in flight don't miss up the route anymore.

The only remaining problem I have is that the aircraft try to return to the begin of the route, as long you don't have pushed the EXEC button when you have selected your RWY and STAR.

Once EXEC is executed everything comes to normal.

Of course I will do more tests with longer flights during next week before I start to cry victory. But it looks we are on the good way .

Unfortunately further tests didn't go as good.
Did test flight EGLL-EBOS last night and all the problems came up again.
The DVR6J dep went completely wrong and after activating it, the complete route was vanished and only one straight line EGLL-EBOS was seen.
I reported it to Enrico, together with a lot of screenshots, so I suppose he will have to investigate this matter further.

It all become a little frustrating that after the introduction of the new Navigraph commercial data instead of the D-AFIF, PM is surfering so badly. In my PMDG B744 everything was remaining correctly after the introductuon of the new Navigraph data for PMDG737/744, without any updates at the PMDG B744 program itself. It looks as PM must have used extremly complicated data structure in the past.

Anyway let's hope Enrico can solve it

Today I made a testflight from EHAM to EDDS. Also in my setup the CDU (391) was making the same mistakes.
I inserted STAR BADSO1A for RWY 07 and the route was mixed-up (see attached picture).
I also saw that when selected the RWY for the arrival the display shows a white dotted line towards the airport but the CDU starts to follow this line immediately while the next waypoint indication stays the same. Strange!!

I also reported this issue again to Enrico.

    Hi Theo,

I've already encountered the same issue as you, speaking about the STAR and the ILS at KIGALI Airport in Africa. I think everybody hopes to have a solution coming from Enrico.

    Best Regards
