    Thanks Peter.

I'm confused though. The build changes document that comes with the file only goes up to build 99. So how are we supposed to know what's been changed. Is this the latest Thomas Richter file? Is the latest PM file and the latest Thomas Richter file the same thing now?

    Hi Nic,

you´re right the changes.txt doesn´t say a word about what´s different nor it refers to 101 version. BTW where´s version 100 if I´m not mistaken that should come in between 99 and 101, isn´t it?
We´ll soon see comments here after people have tried it though.
The latest file of Thomas´overhead is the 737ng 1051. Can´t tell how far Thomas´ file will be maintained and updated in the PMsystems updates.
Compare both files there are things in Thomas´file which are not in the PMsystems 737 overhead file and vice versa.

Luckily I saved all updates and also Thomas´files.

    Best rgds

    Hello everyone,

as i almost finished the mechanical side of my Overhead and all the switches are now on their place, i will start wiring to connect them to IO cards.

It is a big issue now which PmSystems version to use. If i will use Thomas offsets i will not have future updates and support, but if i will go with PM's version i don't have many functions Thomas have.

As you already know, is not an easy work to assign the switches via Opencockpits to offsets, so i prefer to do it once.

    What are you suggest ?

    Regards

    Eddie

Well to be honest. Thomas now works for PM. I think there idea is to come up with a new file. Has anyone asked him? I will.

    Hi NicD
PMSystem and the complete PMSoftware is more than just the B737 NG logic alone.
There are also addional files for the B744, B777 logic etc. B737 is just a part of it (which is maybe the most developped by Thomas Richter) but changes also can be made for the other boeing types. It is also perfectly possible to create your own logic file. If you do that, it's always better to give this another name that the B737.txt B747.txt names Enrico is using so that you always can see were are the differences.
Update.txt file on the website doesn't says anything this time, what kind of updates are done in this release.
As far developpers logic concerns it is certainly not necessary to release all intermediate versions numbers.
