    Dash 8 Q-400 Aircraft.cfg

Does anyone have access to Q400 reference speeds?

I'm would like to use the pmRJ GC with the Dash 8 Q-400. However, I can't seem to find reference speeds for the pmRJ aircraft config file.

Nothing found in Google or on any of the flight sim sites.

    Regards,

    Tim

Well what about just the generic Dash 8, no model versions? What ever you have.

    Hi Bob,

Yes, I do remember looking at that link.

From your past work on the aircraft cfg files, I'm sure you know what I'm looking for. The values that go in:

    flppos=
    flpset=
    vmax=
    vret=
    vext=
    vmin=

I hoped Dauntless would have had something in their free flightsim section but did not find anything for the Dash 8. That section is mostly flight checklists.

    I appreciate you looking.

    Best Regards,

    Tim

    Hi Tim,

I know your looking for the Q8-400 however Phoenix Simulation software made a Q8-300 Would that not be close enough to start working with.

I would go that route, then you can improve on their numbers.

    What are your thoughts?

    Hi Trevor,

Actually all I currently need are the V numbers. I have a freeware Dash 8 that I am trying to integrate with pmRJ. It's a Q400 but I could work with the Q300 also.

    Best Regards,

    Tim

    Thought I'd post an update.

Oleksiy Frolov of Majestic Software provided me with a .pfd file containing flight checklist and V speeds. That was awesome of him to do that even though I do not own his software. I am waiting for the FSX version.

    Thanks for everyones help,

    Tim
