    That is because the course selector would be on the first officer's side.

    yes but the course selector on the copilot side,
    interacts with Vor1.
    so on the copilot side, when i set the course,
    it changes the course on VOR1.

    I thought that on the pilot side the course should interact with VOR1,
    and on the copilot side with VOR2.

    I have set up copilot as first officer in GC.
    i have also set up the EFIS(cpflight) on copilot side as First officer.

    I remember a long time ago, this was working as I imagined.
