    07CC does not work.
Using the FCU with the mouse does not present this problem
I will put the topic on the PM forum and see if Enrico can put some light on the matter.

I really appreciate all the work you have put into this Andy.

    Thank you very much.

    Darren

    Darren,

I was looking at Project Magenta documentation.
THe FCU heading can be controlled by the F5 and F6 key.
How about if I modify FS2Phidgets to allow you assign keystrokes to an encoder ?
One keystroke for clockwise and another for counter-clockwise clicks ?

    Regards,
    Alan.

That would be an interesting idea, Alan.

I don't suppose it would harm anyone if you tried that approach.

    Best wishes,

    Darren

    Darren,

    I added to software.
Send email to me at alan@coconutair.com
and I can email you beta version for you to try out.

There are new features and bug fixes that should make flying a little easier:

    (1) Real time Phidget card emulator.
Handy for playing with settings without wiring actual switches, servos etc.
Great for evaluation, design and experimentation.
Want to see if that TOGA function will work with momentary switch ?
Fire up Interfacekit 8/8/8 emulator and assign TOGA to virtual momentary switch.

    (2) Keystrokes can be generated using Phidget encoder.
Can generate different keystrokes dependant on direction that encoder was clicked.

    (3) Switches (toggle and momentary) can drive things like elevator trim at a configurable rate.

    (4) Values can be latched for momentary switch depressions.

    (5) Flashing for digital output
Marker beacon annunciators can now pulse on and off.

    (6) Many bug fixes -
Can now install into any directory without getting "Path not found" error.

    Regards,
    Alan.
