    DE1 and DE2 files

I have a registered Whazzup. I have already put all the files DEM in the
Terrain Data Folder ( 1.7GB ). Pressing S, the Whazzup creates the files DE1
and DE2 as expected. However, it isn't marked in the map what areas I have
already created the Files DE1 and DE2.

Is there a way for me to know, in the map, what areas I have already created
DE1 and DE2 ? Is there a way to create all Files DE1 and DE2 for the whole
map, with one only command ?

    Thanks,

    Elisio

The need for something like that has not occurred to me. These files are
    intended for particular airports.

These files are made for terrain awareness around airports, not to map large

areas. That is how these things are used. Thus you should create them for a

    particular airport.

    DE1 and DE2 files

    Thanks, Enrico !

I'll create the Files DE1 and DE2 only around the airports. However, the map
of the Whazzup contains the lines of the continents and rivers. The map
doesn't show me where the airports are. Is there a way of map show me where
the airports are so that I can create the files DE1 and DE2 about them ?

    Thanks,

Press Ctrl-F, enter the name or ICAO code and WhazzUp highlights it for you.

    Re: DE1 and DE2 files

Enrico, sorry if I'm asking too basic questions...

I created the files DE1 and DE2 as you instructed above (Thanks !). I checked
and they are in terrain folder ( in the same place where the default
KLAX.DE1 is ). What happens is that I don't have terrain available in my ND for
the airports that I created DE1 and DE2. If I go to KLAX, the terrain is
available ( the only one available in my ND ).

What am I doing wrongly ?

    Thanks !

I can't tell... are you on the ground when you try to see them? Do you
actually see the information or does it just say TERR AVAIL (then you need
to enable it to actually see it).
