    ActiveSky and AP disconnect

    Hi fellow drivers,

I am wondering if anyone can share with me the configuration of ActiveSky such that the auto pilot will not disconnect when flying through clouds? I am sure it is related to the settings in ActiveSky, so if anyone could share their settings, I'd be an eternally grateful pilot

    Thanks,
    Boaz

Go to AS16 settings and disable Realistic Thunderstorm up and downdraft rate then limit Turbulent Effect Scale to whatever you feel comfortable (default 70% maybe around 50% is good). Both under Wind Options and effects.
The more FPS your system can produce the more the AP will stay on even in bad conditions.
