marco, maybe you can PM me how you control the dimmer of the ND. I assume it has to do with that.

No PMs for that, it could be the solution. What do you actually use?

    Re: A320 FMGS B31

I have just reinstalled the server with the exe JL posted a few posts above. The ND is working again, I was able to use my saved config files. So everything looks fine for the moment.

I use for the dimmer two regular potis who are attached to an Arcaze interface and know as regular axes under win7.

    Cheers,
    Stephan

Hi JL, I initially thought it could also be the weather, so I have been testing with default P3D weather. The same problem occurs.

Must be a weight problem because the aircraft cannot also do a controlled descent (it goes in excess of 4500 V/S)

Post a screen shot of the Fuel and Payload menu of P3D (the one with the diagram of CG position).

Hi JL -- I have tried 0 payload, still incredibly hard to climb past 10,000 ft (transition altitude in Australia), and unable to go beyond 250 knots.

A nogo ToTom I'm going to try one more time reconfiguring my controls, I use THRLVRs.DLL (using the mouse to control the throttle levers), so that may be the problem.

    Re: A320 FMGS B31

Question - can your flex temperature greatly affect your climb performance?

I have entered the following into the MCDU (calculated by TOPCAT), and I am still climbing at only 600 VS and unable to accelerate pass 250 knts at 10,000.

    FLEX: 45 C
    Limit (kg) 77000
    Code MTOW
    V1 134, VR 134, V2 149, N1 88.0%

Have the airbus simobject files been modified? I noticed it gets installed twice into the SimObjects directory. For example --

E:\Prepar3D\SimObjects\Airplanes\a320 FMGS JH Project Airbus A320-214\a320 FMGS JH Project Airbus A320-214

I have since removed the additional installed aircraft (this happens after the Jeehell installer finishes).
