    Resale of Downloaded Software

    Hi all,

    just saw this on AVSIM.

    http://www.eurogamer.net/articles/20...wnloaded-games

Does this mean I can finally sell the two more or less complete sets of PM Boeing software that I own ?

    Re: Resale of Downloaded Software

    Hi,
If you look at many things such as dvd and games you will see a warning "not for resale". Same with concert tickets...that does not seem to be a "law" which is enforced.
The thing with downloaded content is that it may be linked to you, so a resale could be difficult, dont seem to stop people.

    Re: Resale of Downloaded Software

But PM have never made it easy with updating the software. I remember when I was about to buy my first cockpit, this had a PM suite that I could not use because the updating was via mail tied to the person buying the license.

As if selling a PM license shouldn't be hard enough anyway...
