    Citation XLS Throttle Quadrant

I've been asked if I would or could build them a throttle quadrant for the Citation XLS, the newer style. In order to do so, I need more information than I could use such as dimensions; height, width, radius off the console. Trim wheel width and diameter, spoiler and flaps details. I've done alot of searching but unable to find anything sufficient enough to get me what I need. If anyone has this information, it would be appreciated.

    Thanks,
    Mark

This is a pic of the throttle quadrant I designed and build for the Learjet 45 and which I'm struggling to keep up with the demand for. It's designed to drop into the console from the plans available on hangar45.net

    HI MarkL!

One Question what do you take for the surface and how do you bend it?

    Thanks

    Re: Citation XLS Throttle Quadrant

It's .25 cast acrylic which I paint and engrave. I then use a a jig I built with a heat gun to bend the cover.
The backside of the cover is milled out to support the backlighting which is a flexible circuit board with led's. I still don't get it perfectly smooth on the bend, but it's pretty close. I've tried other materials that heat and bend better but it affects the backlighting.
