    New 737NG Avionic Suite

Aerosoft Australia is developing an affordable, realistic and easy to use suite of avionics systems. Their goal is to remove the huge learning curve associated with aircraft avionics whilst maintaining accurate and complete displays.

    More on this here.

will be interesting to see what pricing will be. screenshots/graphics look good so let's hope it performs as good

it does look good. Would this work with another aircraft as well or just for 737 series?

At that price im very interested. I agree that products at a lower price point are sorely needed.

i don't think this software from aerosoft is very realistic, there are no sid/stars, the fmc doesnt calculate your t/d or t/c and the autopilot doesnt hold vnan or lnav, not very good.

Could you clarify this as "something you heard" "something you read" "something you have experienced when using the software"
    thanks

    Re: New 737NG Avionic Suite

well this is my first hand experience! i have been flightsimming since 1998 and over the past 4 years fly only the PMDG 747 and i am talking from experience as i gave this software a try yesterday but was disappointed as it has a very basic fmc and the LNAV and VNAV dont hold (i flew the default 737 plane, as instructed from the software).
