i use acryl sheet about 2-3mm tichness and have lens sametime, only need cut encoder holes and paint frontside (tape cover first all gauges place) and then spay paint.
bezell (if want use)can cut paper coffee cub edge. all has painted have wery real and good panell.
but i have proplem how much reside gauges at monitor smalled can adding all gauges to 17" monitor(2 monitor at gauges)
try test someday but no lot time
and proplem,no have 1:1 size after reside
just make ready flap position led indicator whit picaxe microcontroller, working fine. 5 led show were flaps have real panel near switch.(i use (on)-off(on) switch to panell. 6 point sw, right side connect to leo bodnar and use fs9 and left side connect to picaxe and show what you has bush, follow alltime switch were position flaps have.up-down.

same can use position indication led or servo and needle show position.
next need move basic picaxe code to arduino but no time lot make all now.
arduino have better can make many more same chip too, gears, switches etc more. link2fs must test more first.

Re: Cessna 172 1:1 Panel Drawing
Anyone happen to know where I can find panel drawings for a C172 G1000? I looked on the simkits site, but they didn't have anything.
