There are plans on the net for 1:1 scale Boeing 737 seats, ..... I can email them to you if you want.

Hey Andrew, I'm looking at building a couple of 737 seats too. I have some plans and measurements from the net, would it be possible to have a copy of yours to see if they're the same? If different, we could exchange info.
