    it probbably means that we wont get hold of it as it becomes pretty much clasified

    I would say, no. It looks like Lockheed has a licence to develop it further, not ACES Studio.

    From what I recall, other FSX add-on developers were using ESP to develop products so possibly they might be able to go through LM.
