MD80 it must be
Hey all sim enthusiasts
I'm 42 years old, working as an lift tecnician, my hobbys are flight, flight sim, photo, computers. (And i dont have a real flight certificate)
I have flown sim for many years, and now i think it's time too build me my own cockpit.
Most sim people have the 737 cockpit, but I would rather have me a MD-80 cockpit, because I absolutely love leonardo maddog md-80.
So if there are some here who have an MD-80 cockpit, please give me all the good tips, links, and cockpit dimensions.
I think I will use the opencockpit and Gauge composer to build my cockpit.
Sincerely,
Claus

A classic airliner is a good choice, even if I am building an NG, I sort of look back to the earlier steam gauge models with some second thoughts.
loved to fly the DC9 all manual, up to 9000 before engaging any auto gizmo.
Go for it!Jackpilot
