If you bought this plug at your local FBO, it's $4.95.

The difference? One says 'aviation spark plug' on the packaging.

Most AC plugs for auto engines built before '96 are $1.89 to $2.09 depending upon where you shop. R44T. CR43TS, CR43RLTSM, R45, etc, etc.

Be glad Lycoming or Continental don't specify the AC Iridium plug. That will set you back $6.49 to $6.99 a plug. Those are for auto engines build from '96 and up and it's a 100,000 mile plug.

If makes we wonder when legitimate questions are not answered in favor of nonsensecial ones.

Once again, a forum post states you undock the stock FS G1000 and move it to their G1K unit. Question, how do you remove the bezel graphic on the FS G1000? You can't stretch a view you can't see.

I just had a phone call from the boss at Pilatus Australia telling me they're having a PC12NG sim installed in Adelaide by Simcom in the U.S. Cost = $10M AUD. New aircraft cost = $6M AUD. Now that's inflated sim pricing!!!

BTW he's invited me over to have a fly once it's installed.....STOKED!

From what I can see on the webpage regarding the G-1000 setup, it seems that you dont need to buy a complete panel, but also can buy front-panel and buttons separately. So for the home engineer, I guess it can be alot cheaper than buying a complete built unit.

But maybe I am wrong about this.

    The stuff sure looks good
