When the trend for new products is clearly geared towards FSX, why introduce a product aimed at FS2004? Even those still using 2004 are at least thinking about FSX, even if reluctantly and may hold off purchasing this product just because of the possibility they will upgrade to FSX at some point. Can we expect a full FSX release soon?

    Thanks,
    Maurice

    Hi Maurice,

Yes, my intention is to upgrade the product to be fully compatible with FSX. Actually, I will soon have an FSX copy of my own!

Anyhow, you can test the functionality of the program in FSX with the demo (the demo is fully functional).

I have had the chance of testing the Instructor Station in FSX, with the following results:

    1. The vast majority of the features are FULLY COMPATIBLE !!
    2. The Environment settings can be fixed on local WXR stations, global settings seem not to work.
    3. The aircraft speed is set differently in FSX than it was in FS9 (Position Tab). That will be corrected in the next version.

Please expect an update to version 1.0 soon, in which higher compatibility with FSX will be implemented, and with several other goodies... !

    Hi Michel,

Right now most of the specific features are for the Airbus 319/320/321, with the 737 coming soon. In fact, version 1.1 is nearly there, with enhanced FSX compatibility and several other goodies. After that, the 737 will follow. Depending on demand, I may decide to include the 744, but nothing firm yet.

Anyhow, remember that the Instructor Station can be used right now with ALL AIRCRAFT. Please try the demo and see.

Visit the Instructor Station home page for updates and detailed info:

I will be happy to answer any questions and to receive your suggestions.

    Hi Luis

I have not been successful in getting the demo to connect to the FS Server. Ive looked thru the documentation and went in and set up the PC network info except for confirming the port used (since it's a LAN) and it's still not connecting. Any ideas? I'd love to get it working to determine if I will purchase or not.

    thanks,
