    Question NAV2 - OBS2 green dotted line

    This is another thing where I'd love to know what I am missing ...

    Picture this:

    - the capt.side ND has the 'STA' switch active for all navaids, and so has the F/O side ND;

    - my nav1 radio is set to VOR ABC freq, and my nav2 radio is set to VOR XYZ frequency;

    - a green dotted line appears on the capt ND, displaying the ABC radial as specified by OBS1 selector

    - a green dotted line appears on the F/O ND, displaying the ABC radial as specified by OBS2 selector

    - I didn't make any copy and paste mistake here above: the green dotted line of the F/O ND - though correctly driven by OBS2 selector - is centered on the ABC VOR set by NAV1 and not on the XYZ set by NAV2

    - the parameters of the copilot pfd.ini are pointing to the copilot side.

    - this situation is common to both the F2 and the F5 glass cockpit pages (F/O side).

    Does this happen to your setup too ?

    ... any suggestion appreciated !

    Regards,
    Happy landings and always three greens !!

    Re: NAV2 - OBS2 green dotted line

    I had to reply myself to put it back on top again ...

    It shouldn't be regarded to as a minor issue, 'cause when you need to setup the navaids to monitor a correct SID / STAR execution with raw data, the green dotted line of the 737NG glass cockpit is really useful !!!

    Anyone reporting the same prob ?

    Thanks,
