One of those ARGHHH! moments...
Since I have to keep everything within a very small area on my new 'mini-sim' I'm running into choices I have to make in which equipment I have to leave out.
'What do you mean no room for a GPS!?' One of my most used items and I've no room for it? Oh man. Can I toss the XPDR instead?
Maybe I can yoke mount it?
Oh, and a real GPS is half the price of the G500 that Simkits sells. Too bad.

I've read somewhere that you can hook up a real gps to Fs9 .
There is a program by the same guy that makes Fsuipc called "GPS OUT" that links a real gps to the flight sim.

If you are using FS9, RealityXP makes a very good Garmin GNS530. It is NOT network capable, so it must be installed on the FS9 computer.

As to a real GPS and GPSOut, you may want to ask Pete Dowson at his forum.
