    Electronic Checklist

    Hi

Because of a question of Trevor Hale yesterday that I had to answer with "Sorry, no", I did a sleepless night with a lot of coffee!

Now the anwser is == YES you can ==

Your Electronic Checklist is a very neat addition.

    Can the checklist be customized?
    So, now it is!
You can now write a script with your own defined Checklist.

This Checklist can of course not work with Autocheck Mode because the hole oppsite logic of pmSystem is needed to be hardcoded internal.

The updated version wil be online in some minutes, a another coffee is needed.
    Regards
    Thomas

    HI Thomas

Because Im not sure what conversation you are referring back to, is this Electronic list only in PMSystems, or in other projects like PMRJ ? ? ?

    Thanks!

    Hi Eric

The Electronic Checklist is a stand alone application that has the opposit internal logic to work with pmSystems in 737 mode.
BUT in the case I rewrote a complete part with different Checklisthandling it is now possible to write your own checklist (up to 20, with 50 checks per list).
You can just place the screen on top of other programs (topmost visible), overlapped.
There is than a lot of ways to control this checklist, Keys, Mouse or just Offsets for hardware or Button programming in FSUIPC (Joystick buttons).
The Program is as well Visible / Hide by above controls so that the Checklist is ONKLY visible where you placed and sized it when you need it.

For 737 it has the FSUIPC connection for Autocheck so that you only need to control the hardware and the checklist checks the positions, when done ("CHECKED") it jumps to the next position you have to switch or what ever is needed.
But at this state for 737 only, I will see what more is needed / wanted for other A/C's.
    Regards
    Thomas

    LOL Thomas,

Sorry buddy, I didn't mean to keep you up all night working on that.
I think this is a great option, and I don't need auto complete checklists, as Pilots are supposed to manually check themselves, it just will assist in removing more unwanted paper from the cockpit.

    Great piece of software indeed.

Now if only my wife will give me the break from renovations to play with it, I will be much happier...

    Thanks again.

Brilliant, Truly Brilliant. I can't wait. This weekend will be a ball.. I got clearance from the wife to play

BTW, My sim doesn't have a cockpit door, but the room the sim is in does, unfortunately if I lock myself in the room and avoid the wife, I may come out to find all my belongings on the front lawn buried in snow.

Although, how bad would that really be?

Thanks Thomas, I will let you know how things go.

Just insert to each Checklist the two Check Points

    "FRONT CHECK . . . . CLEAR . "
    "COOL DOWN. . . . . . . . . . . "
