My Third and Last F-16c Blk 50/52 pit project.

First of all, I will say that I have a lot of folks helping me with my project; it is not just a one man project.
This project is possible for me due to people Like Jason (Killin) English for the pain staking time it took him to Map out and produce plans for the F-16 cockpit, so that we can have an exact replicated Cockpit.
I would like to give Credit and a BIG THANKS to Mike (Kabar3) Williams for his dedication to detail in the process of producing an awesome set of instrument Panels that are back light able with EL Lighting.
There are many many others who have graciously donated Parts for free and some at ridiculously low prices so that I could afford such parts.
Others who have donated parts, for making molds of those parts, So that I could duplicate those parts in resin.
Most of these people would not appreciate me using there real names on forums so I will use there screen names for the purpose of giving them credit.

Lightning, of Viper-Pits forums for providing me a mechanical compass, and the loan of Locking Toggle switches to make molds of.
An unnamed USAF Pilot for providing me a USAF ViperPit Clock.
Feathers, for a very nice Oxygen Regulator at a ridiculously low price.
Cavalier6X for a nice looking Oxygen Bottle.
Marv, and Crease Guard, of ViperPit forums, for trusting me, and allowing me, the privilege of Molding the inside flaring or side panels of the Pit.
F-18 Simbuilder, for the use of his Canopy Jettison Handle to make copies of, as well as the Crystal for the Lighted Landing Gear Handle for the F-16, as well as other F-18 Parts.
RedDog, for sending me the base of the Canopy jettison Handle, for molding Purposes.
Valcor, Luckiest and Showtime, of ViperPit forums, who have produced Tons of stuff and even more to come.
Sledge of ViperPits for Lots of moral support and the loan of switches as well as a replicated F-16 Stick base.
Ribbs for his ever popular RIBBS Stick soon to be ordered.
Last but not the least a doctor in Florida who helped me to choose LIFE rather than death during a medical crises, and also helped me get started molding and casting Parts, as well as providing me with many many parts for my pit as well as to make copies of.
Thank you all at the Viper-Pits forums for your encouragment, help and support.

This is a video that has inspired quite a few of us at Viper-pits, a few of us were blessed enough to get to fly it at I/ITSEC 2006.

These are pictures of me getting ready to fly in that pit.

I hate how glareshields collect dust. I have several of those micro-fiber towels to help out.

Great pit shots. Thanks for posting the photos.

where do you get all this free stuff from? It's not common for pilots to start giving away bits of their cockpit (is it?) I'm building a 737 but if stuff is going cheap or in fact free then maybe i should be there!

"Give, and it will be given to you. A good measure, pressed down, shaken together and running over, will be poured into your lap. For with the measure you use, it will be measured to you."

    737 Gez,
Not everyone has given me all that I have collected, the ones that did give items my way have either known me for a while or heard what I will do with my pit when it is done, and they believe in the mission that the pit will be used for and so donate items that they have spare.
Most are viper-pits members and have seen my posts for the last four years.
Most if not all the people at Viper Pits who provide items do it not to make money but to help people with there projects.
Most don’t even break even after all is said and done.
We just attended I/ITSEC and saw companies making 900.00 bucks for a panel that Kabar3 at Viper Pits makes for... well a whole lot less, and they are very very close to the real thing.
I have personally taken my panel to that other booth and compared the two panels and with the naked eye you cannot tell the two apart.
If I named the company you would probably know exactly who I am talking about.
Jason (Killin) English will never recoup the time and money that he has invested in his drawings, and yet he practically gives them away.
Just like here everyone helps one another, which is why I thought to start a cockpit thread here, to help people with fresh ideas.
This is why I give credit to all the people who have helped me, shoot by mentioning some of them I have probably done a disservice to a lot more because so many people who I cant even remember to mention have helped me in ways that would take me days to describe.
Some just posted pictures, others gave specific instructions, and some just told funny Jokes that made us all laugh.
This is how people have given to my project.
Now I have come here to share this same thing with even more people in hopes that this camaraderie will spread like a wild fire throughout the simbuilding world.
