    Thank you to FlyEngravity

I don't often endorse companies publically but in this case I want to. We often whinge on this forum (me included), so when a company does something good I think we need to share that too.

We have just finished World Flight 2007 and the sim has come up well after its gruelling non-stop run. But before the event one of our FlyEngravity CDUs developed a problem with its USB socket. We couldn't repair it locally so I arranged to return it for repair under warranty.

Trouble was, the event was only 4 weeks away and there would have been no time to get it there, fixed, and returned in time. So FlyEngravity got one especially fast-tracked for us and priority shipped and it made it just in time for the main part of the event.

This sort of commitment to customer service and product support is not that common in this industry. I would like to thank and commend FlyEngravity for going out of their way to assist us. I have no hesitation in recommending their products and their company to other builders.

Thank you Nic.. Yes it is as important that we report when a company does good. We are all ready to say when they don't preform well (me too) so it is good to see a good report!!
