    Project 727 / Project 051-whiskey

A Warm Hello to all of our Fellow SIM Pilots,

    PROJECT 727 NOTAMS:

***The PROJECT 727 group would like to invite you all to see the recent pictures updated on our website. You will find the new pictures toward the bottom of the page. Our 727 now has a fully functional radio stack for flying on VATSIM. We will also soon be making a second MIP for our 727 which will be a glass cockpit as seen in retrofitted 727's flying today.

***We would also like to officially announce the "ROLL OUT" of : "PROJECT 051-WHISKEY". On our web site we will document the transformation of N6051W, a PIPER CHEROKEE 140, into a simulator which will also use FS9 and/or FSX and will possibly include a glass cockpit to fly the virtual skies.

***The pictures are to numerous to post on this message so set your
NAV-1 radios to www.xsn.net/project727 and enjoy your cruise while you navigate though our site!!!

***Again Thanks To The MyCockpit.org group for providing us with the best "HUB" on the net where all of us can get together to share and enjoy our PASSION OF FLIGHT!!!

Sooo jealous very nice project you have there, but its the GA piper that caught my eye after I came so close to trying a similar project myself. Unfortunately I missed out when the wife put her foot down and said item sold to someone else. hey ho...

Best of luck with your future plans, and hope to run into you (well flypast at any rate) in the virtual skies.

Great job Joe! I guess I'm probably going to have to upgrade my radios to digital as well.

    Looks fantastic!

It's nice that I'm not the only one crazy enough to build a B-727.
