    For Ivar...

    ...Will also replace this distribution block when i find something more professional. I really dont like this kind of blocks. The car-stereo guys probably have something more useful for this...
    Ivar, I saw your post at FDS and though I would give you this suggestion for making distribution blocks.

    I use a 5/8" square pine block cut to length topped with a piece of 1/16"x1/2" aluminum bar stock. Just drill holes and use #6 screws and you have a very neat and orderly buss block.

    Absolutely an easy and secure way to connect several wires to one.

    The stuff I used here is often a big cause to house-fires so it is just a temporary solution. I dont know the english word for this piece. Can you tell me?

    I call it a buss bar.

    I have several I use. A pair for 5VDC, 12VDC, and 24VDC. I don't share grounds nor float them.
