project: me mums spare room!
Yes folks! My mom gave me permission to using her spare room, and so the buildin began, i have to say im slightly embarrased about posing these pictures after seeing all these fantastic cockpits, but what the **** we are very proud of what we have so far!!! our aim is to get as close as we can, spending the smallest amount of money! so take a look!! all has been built ourselves and the MCP COM panel and other small panels, (which weve yet to put on) are from opencockpits. still along way to go yet wont be flying this beast for a long time yet!

Looking nice. I love night lighting pics
."Tony"
In memory of Flt Lt Tony Hill who, on 5 December 1941, at the request of Doctor R V Jones, successfully photographed a small "Würzburg radar" at Bruneval on the French coast. This from a height of only 200 ft, at high speed, under fire and from a camera mounted obliquely behind the cockpit.

A little video, this is the first time we have tested the software, have no yoke installed yet so no comments about the rather unfortunate landing please! view is projected from the rear onto a white bedsheet, we really need to sort this out as you can see the lamp through the sheet, which is really annoying, anyone got some ideas??

For your projector screen a cheap and cheerful way of delivering a good result is to buy a white roller blind from ikea like this one here
http://www.ikea.com/gb/en/catalog/products/70119901
The widest one is still under a tenner and should do you just fine.
Hope this helps
regards,
Dave.

Thanks
Do you think that would be ok even if the projector is behind the blind?

sorry mate when you said it was projected from the rear I thought you meant the rear of your sim, my apologies, I dont think this would be the best method.
I'm sure someone will come along soon with the right solution for you though.
cheers
Dave.
