WOw, looks awesome. I too am interested in your visuals, 1-projector curved mirror? I could use help with my setup, my visuals get overstretched wit the curved mirror, not to mention im having difficulty with distances.

Simply stunning, great job!!
."Tony"
In memory of Flt Lt Tony Hill who, on 5 December 1941, at the request of Doctor R V Jones, successfully photographed a small "Würzburg radar" at Bruneval on the French coast. This from a height of only 200 ft, at high speed, under fire and from a camera mounted obliquely behind the cockpit.

OK, as promised a few details.
The knobs used for the G1000 are R13-23AB05 from Farnell and EC11EBB24C03 dual concentric encoder. The units are custom build with a touch screen on the back. The complete cockpit works on Phidgets alowing use of different software.
Regarding the visuals, I use 3 ultra short throw projectors Sanyo PLC-XL50, in combination with a custom build aluminium screen setup.
These screens and stands are made by a specialised firm. I have tested them both with the TH2GO and using Wideview. Depending on the angle you want to place them in. My setup is angled by 47°.
I ordered the visuals double as the construction price stayed the same disregarded the amount to be made.
So I have a second setup available (all brand new including projectors) for sale for anyone interrested, this is a real bargain, you can find it in the classified section :

WOW! I'm so amazed and happy people are still using my original curved mirror design for their visuals, its a nice compliment
I still remember how excited everyone was when I designed that lol Now it sems like a dinosaur compared to Nic and Marnix and Matt and everyone elses.
